If the Online Booking system available on this website is used, the terms and conditions relating to availability, prices and cancellations apply to the rental of the complete house, with a limit of 8 people indicated and the user should carefully read the details provided related to the fare charged, before completing the booking process. Any special needs will have to be communicated at the time of booking, however, their attendance is not guaranteed.

 

  1. Cancellations and No-Show | Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be prepaid in advance.

We guarantee a full refund for cancellations made within 14 days of the Check-in date.

Any cancellation made less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date is non-refundable.

In case of no-show (if the guest does not arrive on the check-in date), Quinta do Pombal reserves the right to charge 100% of the total amount of the stay.

In case of early departures the entire stay will be charged.

  1. Check-in / Check-out

Arrival Time: from 15h00

On the day of departure, customers must leave their room at no later than 12:00. Quinta do Pombal reserves the right to charge an extra night if the check-out time is not respected.

 

Check out time: until 12H

The departure time may occur later, subject to availability and prior request, on the day before departure. There may be an extra cost associated with late departure, depending on the time of departure.
